SMS Terms & Conditions

Bespoke Smarter Homes offers SMS messaging services to communicate with clients regarding proposals, invoices, appointments, and payment notifications. By approving a proposal hosted via WeQuote (wequote.cloud) and providing your mobile number, you agree to receive SMS communications from us in accordance with the terms outlined below.
1. Program Description
Upon opting in, you may receive messages including but not limited to:
Proposal approvals and reminders
Invoice links and payment notifications
Appointment confirmations, reminders, or updates
General account or service-related alerts
Message frequency will vary depending on your activity with Bespoke Smarter Homes.
2. Opt-In
You may opt in by approving a proposal sent to you through WeQuote. The opt-in language is presented clearly at the time of approval and is unique to each proposal link.
Example of Opt-In Language:
“Upon approval of this proposal, you authorize Bespoke Smarter Homes to send text messages to the number provided regarding upcoming appointments, links to proposals/invoices as well as notifications for upcoming or overdue payments. Messages/data rates apply.”
3. Opt-Out
You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any of our text messages. After doing so, you will receive a final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.

5. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and service plan. Bespoke Smarter Homes is not responsible for any charges related to SMS messages.
6. Supported Carriers
Our SMS service is supported by major U.S. mobile carriers. While we aim for full compatibility, delivery is not guaranteed by all carriers.
7. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Your phone number and any personal data collected will be used only in connection with the services you’ve opted in to and will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. View our full Privacy Policy for more information.
8. Changes to Terms
We may revise these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
